The TL-SG105 can automatically detect the link status of each port and reduce the power consumption of idle ports. Designed to save up to 65 percent of power consumption. The TL-SG105 also can analyzes the length of the Ethernet cable connected and adjusts the power usage accordingly, rather than keeping the power consumption in a conventional solution.
TL-SG105 features the latest energy-efficient technologies, which meanings you can expand your network’s capacity with much less power. It automatically adjusts power consumption according to the link status and cable length to limit the carbon footprint of your network.
802.1p and DSCP QoS enable smooth latency-sensitive traffic such as voice and video, and IGMP Snooping optimizes the Multicast data stream.
The auto features of this gigabit switch make installation plug and play and hassle-free. No configuring is required. Auto MDI/MDIX eliminate the need for crossover cables. Auto-negotiation on each port senses the link speed of a network device (either10, 100, or 1000Mbps) and adjusts for compatibility and optimal performance.
