The Yealink EXP20 Expansion Module is a high-performance LCD expansion module designed to enhance the functionality of compatible Yealink IP phones. Featuring a 160 × 320 backlit graphic LCD display, 20 dual-color LED programmable keys, and 18 additional virtual keys, it allows users to efficiently manage extensions, monitor call status, and access frequently used features with ease. It is an ideal solution for receptionists, executives, administrative staff, and call center agents who handle high call volumes.

Funtionalities of this expansion module include, speed dial, BLF, BLA, call forwarding, and transfer and hold, which make the YEA-EXP20 a perfect IP phone system for receptionists and call center emvironments where there is a great need to monitor and manage large volume of calls on a regular basis. This expansion module allows users to daisy chain up to six XP20 phone systems.

The Yealink EXP20 Expansion Module supports advanced telephony functions such as Busy Lamp Field (BLF), Bridged Line Appearance (BLA), speed dial, call transfer, call forwarding, call pickup, and intercom. Compatible with the Yealink SIP-T27P, SIP-T27G, and SIP-T29G IP phones, it can be daisy-chained with up to six expansion modules, providing up to 228 programmable keys for large-scale business communication environments.
